There might not have been a Spice Girls concert on Thursday evening, but that didn’t stop Melanie C from putting on a show of her own – a solo gig at The Mint in Los Angeles.
Melanie C wowed the crowd with a string of her solo hits, including Northern Star, Next Best Superstar and I Turn To You. Our Sporty Spice Girl was cheered on by Mel B and Victoria, along with husbands Stephen Belafonte and David Beckham – with Mel B and Victoria even jumping on stage at the end of the gig to show their support.
The Return Of The Spice Girls tour is at the Staples Center in Los Angeles tonight."

Sorry for my absence of late, been a tad busy with my old mates the Spice Girls! The tour is going great - we're all enjoying it so much.
We're back in LA now and, as you probably already know, being crazy fools, me, Greg, Paul and Nick have decided to do a little acoustic set on our day off tonight. We're going to be playing at a lovely little club called The Mint. I can't wait, it's going to be loads of fun and maybe I'll get a chance to play some other cities along the way.

The Spice Girls are back on the Spice Jet heading for LA after an incredible show in San José. It is the first time all five girls have performed a concert together in the USA and it didn't disappoint.
Settling in to her seat on board the plane, Melanie C told thespicegirls.com: "Wow what an audience. We are having loads of fun so far on this tour and we're only two nights in. It's just going to get better and better."
Emma added: "It was amazing, just incredible".

The Spice Girls have arrived in Vancouver, Canada! Last Saturday they had their first full rehearsal. You can see 2 pictures below. In 3 hours (7:30 pm Pacific Time) the first Show will start! The World Press will be watching, also GMTV, a Morning Show on the British TV-Channel ITV1, which gives a report from the first concert today at 7 am GMT.

Melanie C's latest Solo Single "This Time" has been released in Switzerland last Friday! It is available as a normal 4-Track Single and in a 2-Track-Format. See the Singlecover for the 2-Track-Single below.

According to Perez Hilton the Spice Girls have added more dates to the tour. "One of those new dates will be at NYC’s Madison Square Garden on February 18th."
